The advantages of posting to this forum are two fold:

the proper way to put your link in a posting is to use the keyword in the link. For example, one of my keywords is "CFO" and my website is www.nextstepcfo.net. In order to prepare the proper link in a posting I would want to enter it in the posting pad like this:

[url="http://www.nextstepcfo.net"]CFO[/url] (enter it without the quotations around the url)

So it looks like this:
